Prenatal yoga is recommended by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) as a safe and effective way to exercise during pregnancy. Prenatal yoga links movement with breath, giving you tools to use during pregnancy, labor and motherhood!  As a registered nurse, Darla's classes are safe with the health of the mother always first.
